The launch of Blue & Bold: The Campaign for UMKC supports those values through a strategic vision that raises the profile of the university and what we can do. UMKC is an extraordinary family. Roos are everywhere because of donor investment in their ambition. With each gift raised to support Blue & Bold, UMKC is given a stamp of confidence in its new direction of service and scholarship.
Launching with nearly 50% of the $700 million goal already secured, our campaign continues as multi-decade-long programs celebrate long-term success and new programs are initiated; as students are awarded life changing scholarships and patients in need receive skilled care; as research works to solve issues that impact the body’s vulnerabilities; and as facilities are built and renovated to give brilliance a new home for cultivation. Inspired philanthropic giving helps make these lasting outcomes possible.
